Growing up in Sacramento, California, Sasha Grey (aka Sasha Gray) was a young film buff and intellectual who happened to develop an interest in porn. She worked through school and saved up to move to Los Angeles. After contacting an agent shortly after her 18th birthday, Sasha Grey was soon shooting her first scene in John Stagliano's The Fashionistas 2, a 12-person orgy.
