One of the most recognized people in the industry, Nina Hartley (aka Nina Hartman, Nina Hartwell) is known just as much for her outspoken support of the industry as she is for her more than 600 adult titles. Born Marie Hartman on March 11, 1959 in Berkeley, California, Nina established herself as one of the top porn stars of the '80s and quickly became known for having one of the best asses in the business. Her success continued strong in the '90s, when she did some of her best work, and in 1996 she was inducted into the XRCO Hall of Fame. Nina has gone on to win countless business awards for both sexual and non-sexual performances, including an induction into the AVN Hall of Fame. Today Nina uses her position as one of the world's most popular adult stars to advocate sex education and sexual freedom among couples and singles.
