Biography:
Born at Fort Bragg, North Carolina on June 16, 1979, Dana De Armond grew up tall and shapely. After figure skating during her teen years and working as a street dancer at Walt Disney World, Dana put that athletic ability to sexy use as a stripper. Of those heady years, Dana now says, "I was that happy-go-lucky drunk stripper. I didn't have any schedule and I could party all the time and do whatever I wanted. But then I quit drinking and became focused on that. I became fixated on wanting to be sober and wanting to change my life and wanting to get my shit together." These days, Dana is straight edge and concentrates on her career.
After doing some bondage play on the web, Dana turned to filming hardcore movies in 2004, often working with her friend and fellow porn star Belladonna. She is known for her extreme sexual performances, which are put to the test in Gang Banged 2 (Elegant Angel Productions), The Spit and the Speculum (Mike Adriano/Evil Angel), Shut Up and Fuck (Bobbi Starr/Evil Angel), and more than 300 more movies available on demand. Dana has proved her merits as an actor too, most notably in Star Trek: The Next Generation - A XXX Parody (Digital Sin) and Beverly Hillbillies: A XXX Parody (X-Play/Adam & Eve). She has been a featured model in photo books and has guest lectured on the adult industry at University of California, Irvine and UC Santa Barbara.
This focus on her work has earned Dana much recognition, including several AVN and FAME Award nominations, along with a win for Siren of the Year at the CAVR Awards in 2009. AVN nominated her for Female Performer of the Year 2012.
